Delivery Within the Estimated Timeframe
GEM Print Lab strives to process and deliver all orders within the estimated delivery times displayed on our online store. However, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of a delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and take appropriate measures to help resolve the situation as efficiently as possible.
Shipping Guarantee
To fulfill deliveries, GEM Print Lab may utilize third-party shipping and logistics providers such as Caribe Tours, Domex, Vimenpaq, among others. Once an order has been confirmed, we will monitor the shipment process to help ensure that it is handled appropriately through delivery.
If any issues arise during transit, including loss, damage, or carrier-related incidents, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate and address the matter in a timely and reasonable manner.
Accuracy of Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping information when placing an order.
GEM Print Lab shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses, invalid contact information, incomplete details, or any other errors in the information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, the order may be reshipped once the information has been corrected. Any additional shipping costs associated with the reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
